HPPE rope choker - 3/8'' x 7' w/ steel rod

High Performance Polyethylene (HPPE) is among the world’s strongest fibers. HPPE ropes have been used in marine and industrial applications for years. Made of 3/8" diameter HPPE rope with 15,500 lbs. minimum breaking strength, they are extremely strong, durable, and lightweight. Three links of 1/4" chain and a 12" steel rod at one end make it easy to push under logs and provide an anchor point for a grab hook. A spliced eye at the other end is used to 'choke' the log.
